This picture was taken while we were on scene in Yosemite National Park....never now when a pro photographer is around.........

Who's doing what? At the moment I'm pretending the red bits are tranquilizer darts sticking out of a critter.

That's funny BradL, no those red bits  are straps from a back board....seems he was not too sure footed trying to climb El Capitan...However, my pilot is great at flying and makes a wonderful IV pole too!  :)  I am the one bend over, trying to get our monitoring equipment on him, there are 3 YOSAR rangers assisting us, they are a great group!  My Paramedic Partner is the blond standing...she is making sure we are reading to load the patient into the aircraft.

We had no idea this guy was taking pictures of us....he emailed these to me after the resuce.  The patient did well was discharged a few days later from the Trauma center in Modesto, CA.

Hope you and your family have a great New Years!  Here hoping all my EMS buddies have a restful, uneventful shift!
