    • Ingredients

      1 12 oz package Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles

      ½ an onion, chopped

      1 tbsp flour

      1 tbsp chili powder

      ¾ tsp salt

      ¼ tsp garlic powder

      1/8 tsp Tabasco

      1 16 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies

      Flour tortillas

      Grated cheddar cheese




      Sour Cream


      Place crumbles in large pan and turn heat to medium to begin thawing. Mix in the rest

      of the ingredients, bring burrito filling to a boil and then simmer until well-blended and

      at desired consistency.

      Spoon 2 rounded tbsps of the burrito filling onto a warm tortilla. Top with cheese and optional

      extras such as salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Fold tortilla around the filling.

      Notes, Options, Substitutions

      Note that no one makes 16 oz cans of tomatoes anymore. (They did when I saved the recipe.)

      Therefore I usually supplement with fresh tomatoes I may have sitting around.

      I use healthy amounts of chili powder, and Trader Joe's fresh crushed garlic instead of garlic powder.

      I also use Cholula instead of Tabasco. We like things nice and spicy!
