Mali is the best companion and comfort dog anyone could ask for! My toddler loves her and she brings joy to so many young and old. We love you Mali!

I will never forget the night you were in bed and feverish with food poisoning, I drove over to your place.  Mali could hear me on the other side of the door and was scratching away for me to come in.  She would have dug her way to China if she had to.  She wasn't barking as most dogs do when someone comes to the door, but she was on a mission to get me inside.  Once I got in, she looked at me with those big brown eyes and ran down the hall to your room.  She stood in the door making sure I was coming behind her.  She entered your bedroom, crouched on her front legs and started telling me someone special was very sick.  Mali to the rescue!!  Mali is loved.

We love our Mali so much. We have so many different names for her it’s such a joy to have them evolve over time. My favorite is “Stubby Nug” (aka Stubborn Nugget). Because it’s so cute & funny when she’s stubborn on walks. Pulling the leash in the direction she wants to go and sometimes just stopping and putting the breaks on. Ironically she pulls towards taco shops and meat markets! She only wants to go where she wants to go. I can relate!
