Monty is 2 years old. He came to be our friend for life after my mom had a stroke and could no longer care for him. We are learning all about Cairns. The thing I love about Monty is his sense of humor, his love of mischief and his playful nature. He really wants to please and seems to know when its important to be cooperative. My mom did a nice job raising him. I'm sure she misses him very much.

Welcome. Sorry about your mom's stroke :(

Cairns' sense of humor and mischief and intelligence are some of their stellar qualities. And from  a cairn's point of view it doesn't surprise me that Monty's opinion might be the best use of a grooming brush is as a possible chew toy :)

While waiting for Lily Monty shows an interest in being in the driver's seat using me as a booster seat.
