Don’t miss this opportunity!

Cynthia Sloan DVM, ACVR who specializes in diagnostic imaging will be doing kidney ultrasounds for $65.

This is an opportunity to have a first rate ultrasonographer evaluate your breeding stock. Additionally, Dr. Sloan is willing to provide her documented findings/data to Maggie Casal DVM from the University of Pennsylvania Vet School, who is doing CTCA Foundation funded research on renal dysplasia. Confidentiality will be maintained.

Contact Jackie Sowards at phone: 443-640-6644 to sign up.

Nancy Bromberg VMD and Simon Petersen-Jones DVM will be evaluating eyes, CERF & OM screening both for just $35.

Dr. Bromberg is an experienced boarded ophthalmologist. Dr. Simon Petersen-Jones is a very highly credentialed ophthalmogist and geneticist at Michigan State University Vet School. He has been conducting Ocular Melanosis research funded by CTCA Foundation. He needs a few more samples from OM normal old cairns to complete his isolation of the OM gene. Therefore, the CTCA Foundation will cover the $35 cost of all cairns 12 yrs and older that participate in these CERF/OM exams. Since a cairn needs to be examined when they are truly old to know if they are OM normal, this is a huge opportunity to check the status of your bloodline. Confidentiality will be maintained.

Contact Ilene Kaplan at [email protected] or phone her at 518-388-6230 to sign up.
