For the past 6 weeks it has just been me and Sparky every day, hanging out and having fun. Now today is my first day at a new, great job, and Sparky has to go back to being in his crate every day. I almost cried last night thinking about it! Poor little guy. He's running around the apartment right now, and he has no idea what's coming. I'm going to miss him! Luckily, my DH promised that he would come home today at some point and let him out and make sure he was OK.

My first day was good, but it was mostly paperwork and all of that stuff. Sparky did just fine, too. When I finally got home he was just a big ball of energy and kept jumping all around me like he was happy and ready to play. It was a good "Hey, Mom!"
