post-2491-1231947665_thumb.jpgpost-2491-1231947690_thumb.jpg finally got the picture of them sharing the food and eating out of the same bowl-they have done this since the 2nd day they were together. They arent eating fast in competition -they just crunch and munch side by side. of course they have their own bowls and do the seperate eating at times too!

To me, when dogs get to this point, about 80% of the relationship battle is won with Cairns. If they can share the same food dish, the rest is easy.

We have managed to get our dogs to this point everytime but in couple of cases, it took some work.

You are so lucky they get along so well. They cuddle together, now sharing there food. How sweet is that. Now that is what I call

sister/brotherly love! Great job mom.

Dawn and TucTuc and Kramers mom-thanks for the compliments..Ill take some of the credit but alot has to do with my breeder, these pups came from a warm true cairn loving family, and her biggest goal was to breed cairns with really good temperments and to be well socialized and she most definately accomplished that goal!! I cant thank her enough. of course I had the next responsibility to continue what she started-doing my best. but you all have to realize besides the basic homemaker and wife -these two are my main responsibility.-I have no career or job or children for that matter so I can put my all into these two..and if all keeps going smoothly possibly 2more down the line before I get too old to keep up with them-I would concider at a later date adopting an older cairn..ah (cant let larry see this thought yet),but its a real good possibility as far as Im concerned. maybe a rescue next time. after mine are past the age of 5.
