I finally got my little girl Cairn! My boyfriend and I drove almost 3 hours to WV to pick her up this past Saturday. I decided to name her Zoey because it just seemed to fit her.

So far things have gone fairly well with the exception of a couple accidents she's had in the house, but luckily she's catching on to the whole pottying outside thing pretty quickly. Her first appointment with the vet I take my pets to will be tomorrow for a check up and finishing up on her shots. She's also gonna be wormed to finish up with that and also because I suspect she has worms since her belly is pretty swollen.

Congrats on the new addition to the family! She is such a cutie-patootie. I Buckley at 4 months also. He is my first Cairn. I now know that I will always have a Cairn in my life. I can't wait for another one, but I am trying really hard to wait until he is 2 before I add another puppy (he is 10 months now).
