Hi all,

Well I'm going on Thursday this year which is Toy and Utility day. Yes I know I'm a traitor to the cause, I do have an excuse I'm researching some breeds for my parents. I suppose this post applies to UK residents, anyone else going?

Do you have a similar show in the US?

I'm not going, although one year I will have to make the trip from here in Surrey. I'd like to go just for the shopping opportunities!

The Westminster dog show is the equivalent to Crufts in the U.S. However, it is only a show for finished champions.

Crufts is a much bigger event in terms of number of dogs entered and activities (there is no obedience, agility, flyball, "scrufts", etc. at Westminster)

Does anyone know if it is to be televised here in the US? I did a couple of quick searches (Yahoo & Animal Planet) & could not find anything.
