I have 3 healthy children, 4 beautiful granddaughters (9 month old twin girls), a hubby who loves our Cairns as much as I do (although he won't admit it) and of course our three Cairns who make life an entertaining circus each and every day!

Hope you all have a healthy and happy Thanksgiving....

but please remember that high fat treats such as turkey skin or pan drippings can be harmful to your pets digestive system.

A loving and lovely wife, healthy & happy children and grandchildren, and 2 beautiful Cairns that make life interesting and fun. So much for one man to be blessed with.

A wonderful husband, good family, and of course a Cairn that keeps me on my toes and showers me with love every day.

And...of course, the wonderful people at this forum who have become family to me.

First and foremost, I am thankful for God's grace through Jesus. I am so very thankful for my dh and our precious dd. I thank God everyday for animals and can't imagine my life w/o my precious Cairns and other furbies. I'm also so thankful for a forum such as this to share my love for this special breed w/ others who appreciate and understand what it is we love so much about them.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you here on the Cairn Forum.

I am thankfull for a wonderfull family.a loving caring husband , a cuddly sweetheart of a cairn, my cuddly hamster-peanut and most of all for every day my mom survives over cancer, for a God that somehow gives me strength to help my family through the last two years,for feeling the security of family love and contentment warmth and hope-the support of friends and the opportunity to be a part of a really great forum with alot of fun loving cairn caring people! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL OF YOU- :D FROM US

Surviving 4 brain surgeries for aneurysms. 1 more to go so hopefully next year I can say surviving 5 brain surgeries.

Strange what life throws at you and how we learn to cope. Now if only I could learn to cope with Fergus' highly strung behaviour!

You are truly an inspiration! And I'd say if you can survive that you will do fine with ANY Cairn.

I am thankful that I have kepy my sanity through this past year. Lost my beloved Toto last November, but then Piper came into my life. My husband left me in March. Then my beloved Joey passed away in July. Then a move, then suspected breast cancer (just got the all clear last week). And I am still not locked up by the guys in the white suites.

I am thankful for good family and great friends and a life that is starting to level off!!

That must mean I need another Cairn. B) Actually been looking.

I am thankful for: my big back yard where I can RUNAROUNDALLCRAZYBARKINGMYFOOLHEADOFF!,

bully sticks, belly rubs (mmmmmmmmm), Alpha B's big soft tummy, where I can rest my head, my own special chair I sleep in in the Alpha B's bedroom, the teen-alien, who will play with me at the drop of a hat, the old-timing dude, who jumps really high when I sneak up behind him and let out one of my famous earpiercing random barks. Oh, yeah, I am thankful for the Alpha B even tho she is stubborn and opinionated. She will learn if I am firm and consistant with her.

WOOF!

I just love reading about all you guys and your dogs. What a wonderful group! Funny, opinionated, creative, loving, and kind. I am so thankful for my Cairn, Margie and for this forum. So much wisdom and humor. And the pictures always make me smile and sometimes laugh out loud. You all are great! (You two-legged people are great, too!) Love to all of you -Elle and Margie
