Really bad grooming experience

Aww thanks, I knew she's do a better job than I can Hawkeye but we intend doing his nails ouselves in-between visits to the groomers.

I know a lot of groomers in the UK don't know how to groom a Cairn, I've heard some scary stories. We are lucky to have this groomer so close by, she specializes in hand stripping. She's only 20 minutes away from where we live.

Scruffy looks great - yes, finding a decent groomer who can handstrip is hard but I use the one Sandra uses and Holly is due there Thursday morning! It is handy as near a big shopping centre so can go and windowshop whilst Holly is being done!

But her nails only seem to need doing when I go to groomers.

We do a lot of grass walking in the country so his nails don't get naturally worn down unfortunately. i'll keep my eye on them, he may not need them doing again until he goes back to the groomer.
