jimnconnie
Today is our Bailey Boy's fourth birthday! Can't believe we've had him for 3 1/2 yrs +. He's brought so much love and enjoyment into our lives, and now with Sophie here too, we couldn't be happier. After a morning session on the grooming table, which he did not consider a birthday present, Mom took him to Petco where he picked out a toy and some tasty treats that he graciously shared with Sophie. He's the best, just look at that handsome boy!! Quote Jim, Connie, Bailey & Sophie

jimnconnie
Thanks Everyone for the b.day wishes. Antoinetta, we have always taken Bailey to the breeder for grooming every 3-4 mos. and I would try to keep him looking good myself between those groomings. Now that we have 2 Cairns, the cost for hand stripping is pretty high so I am seriously thinking of doing it all myself. I recently started using the Mars Coat King, and it really makes it a lot easier. I know it's not as professional as hand stripping, but we won't be showing our dogs, so as long as they look good, and the coat keeps it harshness I'll be satisfied. If I do weekly hand maintainence, and use the MKC every 3-4 weeks, I think I can keep them looking good. If not, I can always beg the breeder to take us back! Kramersmom
Boy is Bailey ever handsome! Happy Belated Birthday Bailey and many more Cairn wishes!! Quote Rhonda,Kramer & Angel Missy "Blessed is the person who has earned the love of an old dog". "It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are" Missy Rainbow Bridge Memorial/>http://www.indulgedfurries.com/petdiabetes/memorium/missy2.htm
