When I go to the book store and pet stores I see all these breed specific magazines i.e. West highland terriers, boxers, Boston terriers and so on Is there Cairn Terrier magazine?

No question is ever considered stupid....

I've never seen any magazines totally related to the Cairns. There have been many in the terrier field but not Cairn specific....none that I can find.
