I'm not sure where she got the kilt, specifically. Some of the items are made by a talented designer/seamstress and Cairn devotee named Barb. Other items she finds on eBay etc. Regrettably CrimsonKitty doesn't come around much. She does have a webshots album called Fiona's Closet that's interesting if you're into Cairn Costumes.

It's a hoot to see Fiona out in the fields doing earthdog one minute (she's working to get a Master title) and then styling around the barn ten minutes later in some pink outfit or Burberry slicker or whatnot. I tend to prefer dogs be dogs, but I can't help but admire artistry in its many forms
