Sex Preference?

 Just curious. Does your Cairn show a preference for men or women?

Renny is friendly with everyone we meet. If a man reaches down to pet him, he will do some finger licks etc. But if we meet a woman, he becomes a total little flirt! My guess is that since I'm a widower and there are no women at home, that he just senses a difference in women. Different scent, different voice or something else? Anyone else notice this?

Hagar.

I feed Max, take him for walks and play with him; however when my wife and I walk in the house he goes straight to her. When I come home from work he ignores me, but when my wife gets home he jumps up and down at the front door and wags his tail.

my girls are partial to me, i feed them, bathe them, walk them (you get the picture), so they mostly sit around with me. And ellie follows me through the house everywhere......EVERYWHERE!!!!

Sophie is afraid of men, generally. It takes her awhile to warm up to men. It was a challenge for her to accept my son at first....now obviously she is fine with him. I am single and she sees more women than men.

Hannah is partial to me and Kiara is partial to my dh. Abbey will go to anyone. My new Westie male is a real mommy's boy and Hannah's not happy about that. My male Lab would welcome anyone and anything that came into the house.
