omg, that was so funny doing that. My grandaughter was taking the pics, it was crazy. Afterwards Ellie went totally crackadog, i couldnt catch her to take her hat off. It was funny.

you're right Brad, they are always good for a laugh. Always!

Great photos. Our relatives do have a Santa suit, maybe I can get DH to pose!

Edited to add: It looks like you have quite the collection of Christmas decorations, but my favorite is the x-pen around the tree!
