Snow Day!

Darcy's Folks

Recommended Posts

:w00t: G'morning Everyone! Well Denver received it's first snow fall for the season (last snow fall was May 1, 2005). Darcy was re-introduced to the snow this morning and she had such fun frolicking in the snow... just like a bunny rabbit... hopping from place to place. I hope to post a few pictures for you all later today as it's suppose to snow all day long.

Have a nice Monday to you all!

PLEASE post some pics! I have a feeling Savannah may never see snow. We aren't lucky enough to see it often in GA where we live. :(

We give dogs time we can spare, space we can spare and love we can spare. And in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made.

Oh I wish... It has been so hot and windy here in SoCal, I have been praying for snow... Guess they got the territory mixed up..LOL.

You are so incredibly lucky!!!! We never get snow in Dallas, but I always go up to Chicago for 2 weeks in November or December & I get snow when I am there.

Last year, I flew to Chicago the day before Thanksgiving. I arrived in Chicago at 8:00am & then a HUGE snowstorm came through at noon. It snowed almost the whole time I was there! This year I will be there from November 29th to December 9th. I REALLY hope it snows when I go!

We are having a beautiful, sunny fall day here in Chicago.

I am not looking forward to snow....and, all the 'snowballs' that attach to Piper when he goes out in it!!

Would love to see your pics, though!!!

Ah....snow!!! I can't wait. I put Scully's snow jacket on her the other night when it was teaming rain and she looked like a sausage in it. :( Guess it's time to lessen the food again.

I can sooooo do without snow...I moved up here to Pittsburgh from TN this past January...I got my puppy a couple of weeks later...taking him out constantly in the freezing wind and snow was never fun for either of us (and his feet would get so cold he would start squawling until I cleaned his feet out). Then everyone made fun of me for putting booties on him (better than having a screaming dog imo). It is fun to see them frolick around for a day...but unfortunately, the snow always lasts longer than a day ^^;;

I do envy you the Snow. I would love to see my babies in the snow but I do like the warm weather. Great pictures

:crybaby: I am so wanting to live in snow! Can you tell I'm originally from the north? Last year we were able to take our 3 to N.C. for Christmas and they got to experience snow. Hannah needed a sweater, Abbey refused to "pee" outside( thank goodness for wee-wee pads), and Kiara went right into "hunting mode" trying to sniff through the snow for mice. I wish I could have the best of both worlds by living here and having a little cabin somewhere up north. Maybe someday. . . . . . :whistle:

Thanks for the pictures. Darcy sure looks like she's having fun.
