I missed the autoship notice for last week’s order and got in a bunch of food right before we left. I wrote Chewy and asked to return the food. The customer service rep told me to donate the food to an animal shelter and they went ahead and reimbursed me for the money. They wrote me a very sweet, understanding message and today I found a bouquet of 22 roses from a florist on my doorstep. :,) White, two shades of pink, and a gorgeous shade of coral. I’ve never been given so many roses. I can’t believe a business would not only take a loss of money by not asking for over a hundred dollars worth of product to be returned to them, but also send so many beautiful flowers, and extend encouragement and sympathy.
