Sam I Am
Jock would have left me a few fingers short, however Sam is a pretty tolerant Cairn and actually likes his teeth brushed because I use coconut oil to clean them. I started off brushing his teeth as a young pup and I think that’s the secret. 2 Quote Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened. - Anatole France Adventures with Sam &Rosie
Idaho Cairns
I think you are right--neither of our girls tolerate their teeth being brushed.
Hillscreek
I agree that with tooth brushing or almost anything else really the earlier you start the easier things are. I did not start early with Angus and I never could really brush his teeth properly even though he came running for the chicken flavored toothpaste! oscar's mom
How is it working out with the coconut oil? Great idea
Sam I Am
Really well. Rosie is six and her teeth are great. I get them scaled once a year and brush in between. Sams teeth are also in great shape. Plus the coconut oil is delicious with no nasty things in it. 1 Quote Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened. - Anatole France Adventures with Sam &Rosie
