sanford
I just found out that the AKC's dog museum, formerly in St. Louis, will be opening here on Park Ave. in my home town. I plan to visit it next month and will post any pix of cairns, etc. in their collection. Ruffy will stay home - culturally deprived - because ironically, no dogs are allowed! What were they thinking? hheldorfer
A dog museum that doesn't allow dogs? Harumph!
Kathryn
Agree. Where's the fun in that?
Corn Niblet
I live in Saint Louis where the dog museum used to be located, and when it was here all dogs were always allowed inside. In fact a couple of years ago when st. Louis hosted the 100 year celebration of the Cairn terrier, we had a dinner there to celebrate it. You will love all the beautiful paintings and sculptures of dogs. There was a special display area for the wizard of oz and everything Toto. Hope they bring it to new York.
