parmelbe
Hi all, I haven’t been active on here for a few years but I missed the advice and community and, of course, everyone’s dogs! Here’s our Betsy! We adopted her from a local no kill shelter 3 years ago after they found her in the parking lot of Minute Maid Park. We think she’s about 6 or 7 but since she has some dental disease it’s hard to tell. We can’t be certain she’s 100% Cairn but she definitely appears to be at least close. She is very mild-mannered and a bit of a homebody and loves cuddling and snacks. Edited August 27, 2018 by parmelbe

Kathryn
Hi Betsy! The ears, the eyes and the love of snacks give her away - she has to be a 100% cairn terrier! 1

parmelbe
Classic nasty Cairn weather at the park today. Temperatures dropped from the 90’s to the 50’s overnight Edited October 16, 2018 by parmelbe
Hillscreek
Looks all cairn to me with those dark intelligent eyes, shaggy rough coat and big front feet. She lucked out when she came to live with you - and no doubt you lucked out too! Hope years of good times ahead.

Guest dog person
Shelter dogs are the best! Yes, it's true they are neutered/spayed and receive vaccinations prior to adoption. Did you get the dental work done? Very important, imo Edited October 24, 2018 by dog person
