Yup centigrade.....this morning our neighbour took both her two small fluff balls out for a walk....she was bundled up like an Antarctic trip, the poor dogs , who were clipped, had a light jacket on (belly completely exposed) and no boots. It was -29 with the wind chill.... bitter bitter cold. That ice filled wind cut through to the bone in seconds.I felt so sorry for those poor dogs. Even the radio and tv are telling people if it’s to cold for you it’s to cold for your animals.

Adorable pic of Oban.  "Yup mom!  Looks freezing cold out there!" as he settles in for another day in the warm indoors. So cute.
