If the breeder needs a character reference, we have 5,514 posts worth of evidence that you provide a great home  :)

Bless you, Brad.  I needed that!

That is the best statement made, and very true. You are awesome Brad.

Now that's a holiday gift everyone on this site will approve of. Congratulations! Let us know what you decide to name her (or does she come with a name?) and also post photos as soon as possible.

Congratulations!

Woo-hoo      I can't wait! I'm so excited, I can hardly stand it. She sounds perfect. I'm very glad Ziggy approved. Can't wait for pictures, and stories, and animal kills. hehe

Looking like a cutey. And seems to be saying, "Why yes, I will have some of what you are having, thank you very much!!!"

Thanks for all of your kind comments!

Her 'show name' is National Velvet, 'NV' for short.  She never liked the show ring but excelled as a mother.

Call name? I'd go with Velma.

That may be why I'm not allowed to name dogs unsupervised :)

Velma isn't a bad name.  Hey, I suggested "Velvet" (Velvet Underground fan here).  "Nattie" was another idea.  I think we'll start by calling her NV and see where it leads.

She is adorable. Cute as a button.  Looks to be a rascal. I am sure she will gain a name and lots and lots of nicknames as she works her way into your home and your heart.

I hereby name thee “Sluggo”.

I know, I know... She’s a girl and the name makes no sense, but it’s my favorite name of the moment and I’m just giddy with happiness for you!🤩
