Rough Guide says Scotland may be the most beautiful country in the world - and posted several pics. Here's a special one. The Quiraing Mountains on the Isle of Skye, the cairn terriers' home from the earliest of times. Can't you just see them running in this patch of sun with the clouds and mist in the background. It will rain in a minute. That's why they need those special coats so they never get wet to the skin - their own raincoat covering them. Once in a while I'd walk with Angus in what I call a British mountain weather day - raining off and on, about 40-50F. He'd be damp, even wet, on top and dry as a bone underneath. He loved this weather. I often thought it was his favorite. He seemed especially alert and happy. Perhaps ancient genes were calling........

Gorgeous!  Yes I would like to hobble along in that country and let Sam and Bonnie enjoy their day.  What a lovely scene.
