Learning to Fish

What a cutie! Love his perky face and stretched legs. I' looking forward to seeing how his persinality shapes over time.

Nikki stretches like that, too, when he's cautious and  when he eats out of his bowl and doesn't want to waste the effort of moving two steps closer. :D

All now appears to be as it should be - two cairns on alert at the lake again...

Would love to see Phinney on a coast guard trawler heading out to help me if I were in trouble!

Phinney does have an interest in the lake. Good idea with the life vest for now. He is so cute. Maybe when he sees the smaller fish he may want to explore further. A large carp is a little too much.

Let us know when Phinney makes his first catch! You should have it stuffed, mounted and hung above the mantle piece!?

Excellent idea!
