I plan to have the forum configured soon to use SSL (https instead of http) so that all browser connections are encrypted for added security. 

I'm not expecting any issues but if there are a few hiccups they should be momentary and most likely fixed by simply reloading the page in your browser.  As always, please post issues in Forum Support rather than PM'ing me so that others who may experience the same thing can either chip in to help or learn as we figure things out together.
