Popular Post Hillscreek
In schools and colleges fall is the beginning of a new year so I tend to think of September and October as a beginning as well as an ending. Several of our cairn buddies have walked over the rainbow bridge in the last months. Their bodies left us but their spirits remain. And as some have left us some new young buddies have joined us Go back in time and sing with The Byrds. I know - I am hopelessly sentimental! What can I say? I'm an old lady!
Idaho Cairns
In my twenties I "liked" the song--thought I knew what it meant. Today I have a handle on what "A time to..." really means. Thanks for putting this up, in context of your intent it really works.
hheldorfer
Lovely thoughts. Ahhhh . . . the old days. On the same note, although I was terribly saddened by the wonderful Cairns who were lost this year, I'm also very happy and excited for the new pups and their owners who have joined the forum.
Rylee's mama
Hahaha! I am so sad to see all these lovely cairns pass but I am so thankful that I came across this forum and was welcomed so generously and I get to be a part of this amazing forum that has been so very helpful!
kjwarnold
I had similar thoughts when "Circle of Life" came on the radio not long after Packy died, and we found out about a new baby on the way in the family. 1 Quote Jandy and my Cairns, Kirby & Phinney

Lynn in TN
Feeling the same way. Saddened by those we've lost. Excited for the new! I'm a sentimental older lady myself. At 45 years old those wisdom highlights in my hair are becoming more than highlights. haha
Autumn & Lola
I've always loved that song. Very fitting for our Cairn family at this time.
Malcolm's Dad
I grew with that music too. Very fitting for our forum at this time. We all feel the pain of loss and the joy of newcomers.
