Meet my new 13 week old Daffy. She is a cream colored cairn but already is beginning to get a wheaten silver coming in on her bottom coat. Cant wait to find out what color she is going to be! My last cairn Whisky died last August at 16 and I miss him so.  I know he would approve. She is crazy! I am so excited to have a little cairn again.

She is an adorable fluffball! I do love it when puppies have those oversized fluffy ears...she looks like a "daffy!" Glad you have another cairn in your life -- I could not live without one, and I expect most on this forum would say the same.

All of these new puppies -- it's making me itchy for a second cairn.  We had agreed to keep to one dog while we travel in our early retirement years but -- I think we could fit two kennels in our car...hmmmmm...

There is a horrible outbreak of cairn puppies!  You can quarantine me with them all anytime!  Daffy is a sweetie.  Sorry for you loss of Whisky and yes, I am sure he would approve. :)

SO MANY PUPPIES. I don't know what we did to deserve this puppy explosion, but I am thrilled. 

Welcome Daffy! You're a cute pup with a fun name! I can't wait to hear more about you, and am glad your family found a place in their heart for you after Whisky.

Welcome Daffy! What a cute name for the cute little pup she is. Puppies are so fun, but I can't seem to get anything else done around here. Laundry? No. Cleaning up? No. Just full on puppy mode and playing all day. Isn't it fun tho?

Daffy is adorable, love her coloring.  It is interesting to watch the different color changes in their coats over the years.  Maisie is black and silver and lately she's beginning to get a lot more silver tones.

All these new puppies are really starting to give me that puppy breath itch.  Hmm, Maisie could use a little brother..:P
