Nah, it's yoga. I believe that position is called Upside-Downward Dog :P  Sometimes called (particularly for the boys)  Cooling the Jewels With A Half Twist.

Love the photos!!! Piper is sooooo cute!!! Beware - they get into too much trouble because they are so cute!!!  Dig Dig Dig is all Pepper wanted to do at the get go!!! She has slowed down now that she is 4 - still loves to dig but not crazy crazy crazy to dig!!!  She is on the warpath for squirrels, rats, blue herons and now seagulls!  Ha Ha - I LOVE her to death.  We have a new lab puppy who is now 6 months and they play well together - Pepper is the head of the pack.
