More cairn puppy than you can handle!

Oh boy, what a day Finn had! Today we went to visit his breeder and get some grooming help. After he was groomed, he got to romp with some of his siblings that still live there. As you might know, Finn and Mac are brothers from the same litter. Well, today he was reunited with two other brothers and one sister from the litter of 6. My pictures are all TERRIBLE - four 10 month old cairn puppies - at least 1 is always a blur! However, I got some awesome video of them romping!

The three who live together were introduced to Finn one at a time till all 4 pups were together. This video was taken right after the last one was added to the mix. She's the alpha girl of the litter, the one with the most red coat who is owning Finn in the beginning. Finn is the lightest one. He's also a lot pudgier than his siblings and wearing a collar if you are trying to track them! (After he was groomed and placed side by side with his brothers his diet went into effect. His coat was so long I didn't realize how pudgy he had gotten!)

After a bit of play, Finn and his brother went at each other one on one. As you'll hear said in the background, these boys are on track to show, so they aren't neutered so poor Finn got dominated a bit more than he knew how to handle, but I managed to grab a video of some pretty awesome puppy play in the midst of it!

That was fun. Wish Sassy had a yard and a companion to play with like this.

Finn looks good and not out of shape.

SO CUTE!!! Looks like Finn had a blast. I wish there were some cairns around here that Jagger and Eddie could play. Their love to wrestle like the two boys are doing in your second video.

Megafun! I could watch the play videos over and over. I think Finn is in great shape; he probably just hasn't had a workout like this in a while!

Great video! So much fun watching all these cuties playing together. I'll bet Finn was exhausted after all the excitement. :)

Cairntastic! (Did Brad invent that word? I think I stole it from him)

Thanks for sharing the videos and story. Finn is such a handsom devil! :)

Boy, if that doesn't bring a smile to your face nothing will. :) They were having a great time! Really like seeing the brothers enjoying a little alone time. So very sweet. What a great day Finn!!

What a wonderful way to end a terrible Monday(workday). My face is still smiling. Great videos that I will be watching over and over again. I, too, wish Kelly had a fenced yard and another Cairn, or 2, or 3, or 4..... to play with! Thank you so much for sharing.

Glad you all enjoyed Finn's romp. It was such fun to see him reunited with his littermates. I love that we live so close by and hope we can continue to get them together over their lives. Next time we pass through New Jersey on a trip to see family maybe we'll even get to reunite with sweet little Mac, too!

Finn is doing well on his reduced calorie intake. Once he finishes "dinner" he gets "dessert" of green beans. He's started sitting by the freezer after eating waiting for that next course already, only a week in!
