Lion or Cairn Terrier?

Clicked on an article about the supposed lion on the loose in England, and this fuzzy picture caught my eye:

Some say it's a cat, but to me, the face and the proportions look a little Cairnish!

Here's the whole article, which gets a little ridiculous at times. And no, they never found the lion.

It looks just like a cairn to me, but a very large one, but at the same time it looks way to small to be a lion to me. Lions, and tigers and bears oh my!!! hahaha

Well the search was called off according to BBC as it was decided that it was a large ginger cat. THough someone thought it was a Corgi........................... I think they are just short of news stories in August! :lol:

One thing I miss about the UK are the summer news stories. I believe one year there was a tipped lorry spewing yogurt on the motorway.

One story I read says the "lion spotting" rumor crops up every once and a while in England...and apparently

people don't usually take it seriously. It's just fun. :lol:
