Last week was a bearcat for heat again. I thought that Demps and Digger had the best idea for everybody. Isn't it cute how they are layin' the same? How is your cairn spending hot days?

Mirror image! Love it. Taz is doing a lot of time on the tile. He moves from one area to another ... Always searching for something cooler.

When we get back from walks they sprawl out on the cool tile. Attila also lays right on top of the air conditioning vent blocking all the air!

That is so cute. Both of them laying the same way. Kelly lays like that also. She has been laying on the air vents most of the day, and has even scooted her bed next to one of them.

In the house, they keep cool on the tile. But they'd rather be outside on the dock or in the water. Heat doesn't seem to bother them. Cold doesn't seem to bother them either. They're just all-weather dogs!

I put a few ice cubes in the water dish once in a while when it's so hot. The dogs seem to appreciate it! But they do seem to spread out over the tile, just like Demps and Digger.
