Cooling off during the summer

Dapper Dan started doing this when he was very young. Everytime the air conditioner turns on he runs to a vent in the living room and lays down on it the whole time it's on. Sometimes he just stands over top and lets it blow on his belly. We think he is very smart for figuring this out. post-3247-0-34163800-1338224938.png

He doesn't bother the vents during the winter time when we have the heat on. He's not much for getting under the blankets, usually likes to lay by himself. I try to get the kiddie pool out for him during the summer time, he LOVES being in it.

Addie does the same thing! Although she makes a big show of dramatically collapsing on top of the vents, complete with a big sigh.

I finally caved and put the AC on last night. Zekey likes to sit on the chair that's directly beneath the ceiling vent, his little flyways blowing in the breeze!
