Jack Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 We had some extra time this weekend. We took Jack on a long hike yesterday and while he was resting afterward we found some video footage of his puppy days. We put it together with some music and thought that we would post it this morning. It seems strange that he was such a little guy just eight months ago. They grow up fast. He spent about an hour yesterday swimming in the creek and has already been to the lake swimming this morning. Teenagers, what can you do except try to keep them exercised. Jack's going to Jekyll Island in a couple of weeks for some swimming in the ocean fun! =
Sam I Am Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 I just watched this lovely video of baby Jack, so little, then looked up at my Jock snuggled close to me and.... I started to cry. His sweet face is now surrounded by lots of grey hair and felt incredibly sad that in a mere of what seemed like a fraction of time he went from being a little pup like Jack, into an 11 yr old senior. I have loved and continue to love every moment spent with him. Give Jack a big hug! Being stuck in the house with a broken leg gives me way to much time to think Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened. - Anatole France Adventures with Sam &Rosie
Lynn in TN Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I really enjoyed the the puppy video of Jack. So cute and sad at the same time, they do grow up so fast. I can't believe that Kelly is almost a year old.
Dempsy's Mom Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Cute little rascal. Thanks for posting. Elsie, Max, Meeko & Lori
Hawkeye Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 What a sweet video of your little Jack. They do grow up so fast, but the teenage years will keep you very busy.

hheldorfer Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Watching a puppy get tickled is an excellent stress-reducer and mood-brightener. Darned right! I ought to keep this one available when I'm having a bad day at work.
