Meet Ellie...her new name!

We've decided on Ellie for Wendy's new name. She's adjusting well although sometimes gets a bit upset with our 3 year old and acts like she's going to bite her, although she doesn't. So we're working with the child to respect Ellie's space and with Ellie to not do what she's doing. She does great with our 6 year old.

We're also working on potty training and letting someone know when she needs to go out. I've hung a large jingle bell on the back door way down low on a string and take her paw and jingle it and say "potty time" which is the term breeder used, before taking her out. I taught Carolina to use the bell when she was little and hope Ellie uses it too.

DH and I played with her after the kids went to bed last night, which was fun! Last night was the first night that she didn't bark in the middle of the night AND she made it all the way until 5:45 before she wanted to go out this morning! Here are some fun pics:
