Kelly And Her Little Red Tennis Ball

Kelly loves her tennis ball, not as much as when the camera is off. She doesn't play as hard as when I am not filming but it is still cute. I thought you might like to see it. Like Bonnie she doesn't want to leave a tennis ball behind. After I stopped filming I had to retrieve her tennis ball because as soon as I stop recording she started trying to move the couch.

Lynn that's a great video--Kelly sure has grown up the last few months! I like the way she returns the ball to you so quickly, mine won't do that, it is a battle to get the ball back in hand once thrown. I especially like the spinning paws as they try to get purchase on that really pretty wood floor. Thanks, your little girl is a dandy.

Gus and I both enjoyed this video! He must have recognized the sound of the ball bouncing and Kelly's nails scrabbling on the wood floor - familiar sounds - he came running over and jumped in my lap. Still sitting here wondering where that pretty girl went.

I also think Kelly has grown up a lot - compared to your avatar picture, she's looking very mature.

Kelly is so very cute. Love the video - I am surprised that it is not defuzzed and has a hole in it by now. Demps to loves to spin his little legs and hear his toenails on the floor. Very sweet. Thanks.

How cute is she?! And what a great catch! Puts Hub to shame in that department.

Wow she really has gotten big! She looks less like a baby and more like a kiddo :) She and Hubble could be each others stunt doubles!

Wow! Kelly has really grown up! Buffy has the same problem as Idaho's dogs - she chases the ball but doesn't want to give it back.

She does bring the ball back to us really good. getting it out of her mouth is another story. She also takes turns playing ball with us, She likes to get us all playing with her. After she fetches she will bring it to one of us after she fetches again she'll bring it to someone else. She will keep doing that until we are tired of throwing. It is so cute that she doesn't want to leave anyone out.

She loves to catch it, and will go to great lengths to do so. We have seen her land on her side, turn a flip you name it trying to catch it. She doesn't play as hard when the camera is out though.

She likes our floors, because she likes to slide. I wish I could record her zoomies, but she stops if I get the camera out. She will take off running then put her legs out so she is sliding on her belly she slides under the furniture and back through the hall. we could watch her for hours. Soo entertaining.

She is smaller than I thought she would be. Her weight bounces from 8.5 to 10 pounds depending on how much she eats that week and how active she is. I am really glad because the way she begs us for food and we can't see, to resist , if she gained fast she would weigh 40 pounds by now.lol

We taught Murphy the "give" command. Every time he brings something back to us, we take it from his mouth and say "give". Eventually he just spit it out in our hand.
