I love it!

Someone on hear said it, and I laugh out loud every time we give Murphy a bath. Cairns look like a loaf of bread on 4 pencils when they are wet.

awwww...Oliver seems so precious. At 4 1/2 weeks and already two baths - surely he can't be that dirty? Love the first pictures as he appears to be one little wild guy. He is absolutely gorgeous and thanks for sharing these pictures.

He is 4 1/2 months not weeks... He spent the weekend at my friends house with his 3 dogs playing in the backyard, he smelled a little suspect, like he found something dead and played roll around in it! I didn't want the Doggy Daycare place to give him a bath, and they now know that and won't unless they ask us. He happened to be there on free bath day, hence why they gave him a bath.

Yep, they're really attractive when they're wet, aren't they? He's an adorable boy, though.

I like that description of a wet Cairn. My favorite for Renny when he was a puppy was "About the size and color of a brick with feet".

What a pretty boy he is! The video was great loved the drying off sequence. We have learned that in order to protect the couch and chairs, we wrap a towel around our girls and get the outside on the grass ASAP--yeah I know, kinda defeats the purpose of the bath but they still smell good when the dry off.

That is so funny! Kelly runs straight to the rug in front of our door as it is the only place she can dry herself off. It defeats the purpose of a bath (or letting her play in the tub water only) because we wipe our feet on this rug! We might as well take her outside like Idaho does his girls!LOL

He is a real beauty, I love his colors. Thank you for sharing!

Our dogs have the same post-bath rolling, grumbling, digging routine =)

So funny how similar they all are.

I love the growling...they get so disgusted when they get wet! Percy always gets a major case of the zoomies when she's had a bath. She'll try to jump on the furniture, but I tell her to get down and that just sets her off for another round of zoomies!

Those growling and grumbling noises are the SAME that Cracker makes when he has the zoomies! He's about the same age as Oliver and he's only had one bath. I love Oliver's colors!

That video was too cute. Oliver is adorable and I would love to have a Cairn with that coloring some day.

Our dogs have the same ritual of drying off (with zoomies too and funny sounds included) :)

Our first Cairn Bandit was so fun after a bath. We'd take him outside to dry and play bullfight with the towel. Our neighbors must have thought we were crazy hearing Toro! Toro! Toro! Bandit would attack and bite the towel then race once around the yard and come back and do it again and again.
