I haven't tried this yet, but the process sounded interesting to me: My local Petco offers what they call a "Shedless Treatment". Their groomer said they treat the undercoat only. They "blow it, rake it out, leaving topcoat intact & untouched". With a bath, shampoo, nails, ears, etc., it comes to $50.00 +. Petco does not do hand stripping.

If I have this done for Ruffy, I'll let you know how it turns out.

Let us know! Ripley has been shedding a bit more recently too. I think it's the heat.

Yes, that would be good to know - Ruffy will be our little Petco experiment. Sorry Ruffy - hope you look fabulous if you have a new do done. ... but you look great now, why mess your beautiful locks.
