ScruffynMag Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Caught Scruffy upstairs where he isn't allowed, we have an elderly cat who lives upstairs. It's the only place the poor old puss can get any peace! Scruffy's expression says it all really! www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk
Idaho Cairns Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 The old "Look how cute and innocent I am!" dodge. I know it well.
Hawkeye Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 "But mummy it was the cats fault!" Oh Scruffy you are so darn cute.
Lynn in TN Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 I know that look well myself. Kelly uses it all the time, and why not? It works so well! LOL My oldest son says how can you possible stay mad when she looks at you like that? Scruffy is so cute!
pindrop Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 As usual the little darling is just so cute with that innocent look. But....we know Scruffy - innocent one nanosecond and up to mischief the next. Can't help but love him and his antics. Husband and dog missing ...25 cents reward for dog
hheldorfer Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Busted, yes, but handling it in typical Cairn fashion.
Dempsy's Mom Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 "I didn't do anything mom!" ... you caught me before I could. Scruffy is a cutie, how can you scold him. Elsie, Max, Meeko & Lori
Islander Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 And he looks sooooooo comfy on the bed.....what a handsome boy.
ScruffynMag Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 One look at his little face and I melt............I think that's half the problem and why he's such a naughty boy www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk
Lynn in TN Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 One look at his little face and I melt............I think that's half the problem and why he's such a naughty boy I think most of us share that problem. HA!HA!
janis Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I think you have the wrong culprit! I think the cat came downstairs and drug that poor baby up there and made him sit on the bed. I think he's saying "I've been framed!"
josie&holly Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 You want to see what this cute innocent little dog has done to a giggly wiggly ball within hours of been given it! Maggie you will have to post that picture now so they can what he is really like! www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk

I think he's saying "I've been framed!" Yep, it just looks like he's saying that but that innocent face is a cover.........as Josie says, he got a new Wiggly Giggly Treat ball this morning and within 10 minutes, this is what happened..........., I'm changing his name to Jaws! One of the members on the UK forum said he's a smart dog because he didn't bother to wait for the treats to fall out of the ball, he's got a much quicker way! www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk
pindrop Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Scruffy never fails to amaze me with his antics. I know he keeps you amused as well as the rest of us who are fortunate enough to know you. Forum members suggest that if you are not sure what to name your pup - to wait till you have time to determine their personality - in Scruffy's case, you just had to wait a year and a half and see - you came up with Jaws (how appropriate and aptly named) Husband and dog missing ...25 cents reward for dog

LOL Thats so funny. We joked about changing Kelly's name to Jaws, Jackie the Ripper, Grizzly, i could go on and on.
Newman Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Wow she looks so silky !!! so beautiful gratz.. Click to show the full size image!
Islander Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 I took this picture today and thought of Scruffy! Gus is allowed on the bed, but by invitation only - this was him being sneaky.
ScruffynMag Posted August 8, 2011 Author Posted August 8, 2011 Gus has the same expression, busted!!!!! They know when they're somewhere they shouldn't be....which is quite often here at this house Great photo of Gus. www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk
Lynn in TN Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 They are sooo cute when they are busted. Have you ever noticed that? Kelly always tells on herself. If she comes out of a room with her ears laid back and walking slow and low, we know she has done something and we check the room until we find whatever it is that she has done. There has been a couple of times though we couldn't figure it out. HA!HA!
Meggie Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 I love seeing how quirky everyone's dogs are but they all share some of the same traits. That look of shame is quite familiar.
KerryJayne Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 They really do have a guilty look don't they lol my Cairn pup hasn't learnt it yet she's still got the cocky " who me " tilt to her head ,but my Westie is the best at it :-) From Kerry, Molly the Westie, Peppa the black Lab, and Nessie the Cairn xx
Hawkeye Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 Boy does Gus have that guilty look, but oh so cute.
finncaraid Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 What a little angel boy he looks to be! I have it on good authority that each Cairn on the planet has an evil doppelganger. At least that what Finn has told me.
