Malcolm's Dad
A local TV station invites people to bring in their dogs. The dogs are featured in the station's commercials. I just saw a new commercial with a white Cairn or a Westie. What a cutie. Actually all the dogs in their commercials are cuties. They have a contest where viewers can vote for their favorite dog. Last month's winner looks like a Cairn. The station is www.wciu.com I have Windows 95, so I can't access most of the site. Hope it works for you. The marketing guy at this station is a genius. Who can resist a dog?
Aurora5000
Something I have noticed that on more and more commercials with dogs in them, there seems to be a better presence of Terrriers in general in the spots. You must give some time to your fellow men. Even if it's a little thing, do something for others - something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it. -Albert Schweitzer (1875 - 1965) Chase and Gus video Youtube- Best of Chase and Gus Cairn Terrierists It's because cats simply can't be trusted for heavy lifting & dirty work required in the war on terrior. kintra
What a great idea for a radio station! Those are definitely Westies on the site, but I was surprised to see so many Kintra Cairns Home of Multi-Group Winning Ch. Hagar
I think I've seen Cairns in different commercials. Usually it's just a glimpse, and hard to tell for sure. I have seen a bunch of Westies in commercials, on pet food and treat packages, and in a lot of the Sunday ads in the paper. Maybe the white Westie is easier to photograph. One dog, not a Cairn, is the dog in the Beneful commercials. That dog has the most expressive face I've seen in awhile. I have no Idea what breed it is though. I think there is a cairn mix on a commercial for anti-depression meds. It really looks like a cairn, but the ears are floppy. They're (the people) are camping and hiking. Whatever...it's a cutie.
