Dog Park (sort of)

My two babies ages 7 and 11 have never been off leash outside in their lives. I am watching the neighbors' cat and they told me that if I ever wanted to, I could let my dogs in their yard. Well, today I took them to my next door neighbors' fenced in yard. I don't think I have ever seen them happier. It makes me wish we could fence our yard. Something that we would like to do but never seem to find the money for.

I wish I had had a camera with me. Grania (11) was having the time of her life. And to think I nearly lost her back in February and then again in June. Duncan (7) was actually running around the yard. I wasn't sure he could do that.

My neighbors will be gone for two weeks. I have a feeling if the weather holds, we will be in that back yard a few more times.

sounds great I wish we had a fenced in yard to. They can dig their way out but with supervision it would be great to see her run free. I guess we will just have to settle for the dog park once in a while.

Awwwww, so glad your dogs are enjoying the fenced yard. We live on a very rocky ridge and have a fenced yard. Murphy has tried to dig out once or twice, but when he hits rock and can dig no deeper, he looks at me as if to say, "Who the heck spoiled my fence line?!!!" :confused1:
