josie&holly
Am going away for weekend to friends who live on edge of Peak District for 2 nights, and then to a friend where I used to live near Manchester for 1 night. Just realised as sorting out the stuff to go in car that Holly has more luggage than me!! Hoping the weather is drier but have packed her towels as likely to be wet, bedding, food, brushes, lspare lead & harness, clean up stuff [don't want to upset friends!], pooh bags, treat, dishes, and couple of toys. I just have clothes and toiletries! Must be like taking a baby away with you! www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk

Kramersmom
Have a great time. I think our Cairns even have more toys than our kids did Rhonda,Kramer & Angel Missy "Blessed is the person who has earned the love of an old dog". "It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are" Missy Rainbow Bridge Memorial/>http://www.indulgedfurries.com/petdiabetes/memorium/missy2.htm
josie&holly
Holly and I had a lovely few days away - thank you. She met a lot of my friends from where I lived before and behaved beautifully - loving the attention of course! Also ensured that people became Cairn converts.......................... but we had a lot of heavy rain so could not walk as much as we would have liked. www.cairnterriertalk.co.uk
sanford
Sorry to read you had so much rain. We've had a long rainy spell here in the northeast USA. I really understood what you were describing about traveling with Holly. By the time I finish packing for the both of us, there's usually not enough room to fit everything in the bags. So of course I end up removing some of my own items. I would neverthink of not taking absolutely everything my dog might possibly need. What I can't seem to figure out is, how come one small dog needs so much stuff! FEAR THE CAIRN!
