Finn has terrible breath because his tongue will not go into his mouth all the way, an effect from Distemper. He was found wandering the streets with his sister Wonka (he was named Willie). Wonka was adopted, but no one wanted a puppy with Distemper. Buster's Friends helped pull him through. His back legs are pretty strong now, but he still cannot go up steps.
