We bought it at a dog show many years ago. We have (or used to have) a very big show in January that brought a lot of good vendors.

I love it! I know the person who sets up the vendors for the local shows, and I am going to show her this in hopes I can find one.

New Note: Alas, a quick internet check indicates Patsi Ann Ward-Davey, the English sculptor, is no longer making any work, and the value of such an item -- should you even be able to find one-- has gone through the roof...  you have good taste, Brad!
